MOD 70 / Terms & gown guarantee
Nothing is sold on this site. A gown is ordered in the salon, on paper, after it fits.
These are the terms for idobridal.us and for dealing with our wedding dress boutique in Seattle. Each clause sits in a ledger row, with the plain-words version beside it and the reason a bridal shop in Seattle needs it at all. The last part is the guarantee, which is what we stand behind on a designer wedding dress ordered through us.
Part 01 / Effective date

Part 03 / What the site does

Part 04 / Inquiry only

Part 05 / How prices are set

Part 06 / Acceptable use

Part 09 / Liability

Part 13 / Gown guarantee
What our Seattle bridal boutique stands behind on every gown.

| Defects are ours to chase | If the gown arrives with a manufacturing fault or does not match the order, we take it up with the designer on your behalf and tell you what they offer: a repair, a replacement or another remedy the designer allows. | We hold the account with the designer. | Honest dates | We pass on the designer's estimated ship date as they give it, and tell you straight away if it moves. We never invent a date to close a sale. | Start eight to twelve months out and a slip rarely becomes a crisis. |
What the guarantee does not cover. A change in your size after the order is placed. A color you approved in the salon that later looks different in photographs. Wear, stains or damage after you take the gown home. Work done by anyone outside the boutique. A size ordered against our advice, where we noted that advice on the order.
Cancellation and payment terms for a made-to-order gown are written on the order itself, because a designer starts cutting soon after it is placed. Read that section before you sign, not after. If something is unclear, ask in the salon or call +1 206-633-5070. We would rather spend ten minutes explaining than have you surprised in month nine.
